Margaret Agard was a single mother of eight children, their sole financial support, and also had returned to university to finish her last year of work on a bachelor’s degree. She was a compulsive list maker who never came close to accomplishing all she needed to accomplish, often waking in a panic about all that needed to be done that she wasn’t doing. Her life completely changed when she began taking her to-do list to God.

Sara Glendenning learned to speak at a young age, some would call it her talent as she understood and spoke language beyond her developmental age. At 8 years old Sara was diagnosed with a learning disability and subsequently failed grade 3. Through the years of diagnosis, Sara lost her voice and her power. Her self esteem and confidence suffered as a result.

Cheryl Ilov began training in an ancient Japanese martial art based on the art of the ninja at the tender young age of 47. It took her teacher 3 years to get her on the mat, until she reluctantly agreed to take a few classes just to prove to him how much she would hate it, and that it wouldn't help her recover from the PTSD she struggled with after a traumatic experience. Ten years later Cheryl became his first female black belt.
