In 2018 while bike riding with his mate Don MacKee, Ian Hutchinson (‘Hutch’) had a sudden cardiac arrest (SCA) and was dead for 18 long minutes.

Thanks to some quick thinking by Don and with the help of bystanders, 000 (911 in the United States) was called, CPR commenced and Hutch became one of the lucky 9% to survive an out-of-hospital sudden cardiac arrest.

RJ Jackson has spent most of her life jumping, running, and walking, then, a major car accident left her wheelchair bound for nearly two years. That was not her first acquaintance with a wheelchair.  RJ also graduated from high school in a wheelchair.  Life has presented itself to her in many forms of trauma.  Several times death knocked on her door and God told hell no on her behalf.
